This farm was designed with the idea of one person being able to handle many horses of all ages, easily and safely. The barns and sheds are fanned around a center location where the horses come up to the large loafing sheds to eat hay and grain. There are ponds on the farm, also water and electric. Stud stalls with outside access doors and turn out paddocks. The entire farm is fenced and cross fenced with lots of paddocks and gates that make chutes to funnel hard to catch horses into the stalls or arena. There is a metal stock chute inside the barn to help with vet work, breeding mares, clipping horses, etc. There are loading chutes and back-up areas for trailers to load at the barn doors.

It was a prime Quarter Horse breeding, sales and showing operation in it's day. Owner is now downsizing and possibly retiring. Dozens of people each day have come here to buy grain, tack, and horses on the weekends.
