If you supply us with your postal address you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. If you supply us with a telephone number, you will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders or inquiries placed on-line or by phone. To bring you offers that are of interest to you, we have relationships with other companies that we allow to place ads on our web pages. Most ads will be posted the same day received, but we ask you to allow 3 days in case we have questions about your ad content or ad payment. Horsesales, Inc. will remove any ad from our web site if payment is not received within 10 days of posting or renewal. We further reserve the right to not post an ad until payment has been received. Ads expire 90 days from the first day posted on the Internet unless the advertiser has paid for a longer posting term up front. We attempt to notify advertisers by email several days prior to ad expiration if we have an email address for that advertiser. We reserve the right to edit all ads for length, spelling, clarity, and grammar; we will always work with the advertiser to ensure satisfaction with ad content. We can not post any ad for a horse for sale without at least one photo. We are happy to make changes to an ad during it's 90 day term. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to check the ad content and advise us if corrections or changes are needed. Please note that Horsesales, Inc. "Associates" are independent agents, they are not employees of Horsesales, Inc., and are not authorized to conduct financial transactions, to act on behalf of, or in the name of Horsesales, Inc. or its principals. Horsesales, Inc. officially authorizes only President Amy Stevens to conduct any transaction on behalf of the corporation, until a corporate resolution stating otherwise has been adopted by the board of directors. Horsesales, Inc. and its associates are not responsible for failure of sellers or advertisers to secure permission from photographers or artists for the use of copyrighted material in ads, or in web sites that we design for clients. Horsesales, Inc. and associates does not guarantee or warranty the soundness or any other aspect of horses we advertise, nor do we guarantee or verify the information submitted by advertisers. All sales are made on an "as is" basis, any other arrangement is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller. We advise that great care be taken by any buyer in riding or handling horses that are advertised for sale, we advise all buyers to NEVER ASSUME that a horse is safe to ride or handle, and we advise that horses can be unpredictable, no matter how complete their training has been. Please consult the full text of the Kentucky Equine Activity Statute for more information if you plan to ride or handle any of our sale horses. Similar statutes exist for other U.S. states as well. Any comments made by a Horsesales, Inc. associate about the characteristics of a horse are that associate's OPINION based upon information submitted by the advertiser or observed while in the company of the subject horse. Horsesales, Inc. and our associates does not take responsibility for injury or loss due to accident or incident that may occur during activities related to the sale, trade or lease of any horse represented by Horsesales, Inc. or associates, either prior to or after a transaction. In cases where local advertisers ask us to answer questions from buyers, Horsesales, Inc. and our associates always take care to provide accurate information about horses we advertise, but we encourage buyers to contact sellers directly to confirm all answers, and inspect a horse in person prior to purchase, as it is impossible to verify every detail or to track every change in status of advertised horses. In general, Horsesales, Inc. will not be involved in financial transactions between buyer and seller, or between buyer/seller and shipping company or veterinarian. Exceptions are made in cases where buyer, seller, and Horsesales, Inc. agree that Horsesales, Inc. will hold funds in escrow to facilitate a transaction.
