5 year old buckskin appendix gelding

We do not have registration papers. 15+ hands. A Fabulous mover and as kind and personable as they come. Sound and sane. Ready to start showing dressage and starter mini trials. He is just perfect, will be a super family horse, adult amateur prospect for any sport horse use, or child's show horse. He is very willing to do anything you ask of him. He has 3 fabulous gaits and could excel at the dressage discipline. Comfortable and rhythmic.

Loads, cross ties, stands for anything asked of him with a happy and curious disposition. Likes for you to sit and cuddle with him in the stall while he naps. Is respectful of personal space, stays right by your side when leading, takes treats when offered but doesn't get pushy, walks up to you in a huge field with other horses, is self confident when alone or left on a trailer. He really is just a pleasure to work with. He will stand on cross ties to have his mane pulled, and has great hoof quality, doesn't need shoes. Knows his words on command longeing. He easily comes through to the bit and is not one to pull or snatch at the reins.

Very brave over jumps and has never offered to say no. He doesn't over jump and has an easy to ride jump. If the jumps are too small he just trots over them. He is jumping 2 foot courses and schooling training level dressage. Schooling starter cross country, willing, easy and happy in a simple snaffle, banks up and down, water, cross rail jump into water, coops, barrels etc. He also has been started on lateral work and neck reining. Top all this off with his handsome good looks, chrome and colorful buckskin package, and a full, thick tail! He is one that will stay in a barn family forever. He's in full training until sold. Current on coggins, worming, fecal count, vaccinations, etc.

*** Tres competed in the Spring Run Big Mini Horse Trial, Open Baby Starter Division, with Amateur owner/rider, June 2016, finishing in third place on his dressage score of 37.2. He got an 8 on his medium walk with judge Maureen John, who commented: “Lots of Potential, some really nice parts”. ***

*** Ribboned at Flying Cross Farm mini trial 5/14/16 in Goshen, Kentucky at Starter level. He was also a good boy at his first show in the 2 foot hunter classes at Stone Place Stables, as an auditor, not for ribbons, but he was a super steady guy and he had no rails! ***
